It is precisely this distressing situation that has captured the attention of academic, professional and political institutions. In line with this concern, we propose in this paper to develop strategies and technical support for entrepreneurs in the process of promoting business ventures. Specifically, and taking into consideration the insightful interpretation of the concept of business model introduced by Joan Magretta, we purport to develop an approach, called Analysis and Validation of Business Ideas (AVIN) to encourage prospective entrepreneurs to make decisions which subscribe validation while at the same time are sensible when implementing a business idea. As a bonus, AVIN is already being implemented via a user-friendly computer application.
