We design strategies at the business level, experimenting with 50 workers of tourist mipymes. The experiment confirms the model is reliable for the perception of quality of life and to respond in a positive way observed size-dependent variables. These variables include institutional support, security and integration into the post, satisfaction, successful wellness, personal development, and free time management. Defining management strategies to be adopted on the basis this predictive model will enhance organizational competitiveness. The results of correlation tests between the independent variables and dependent are highly acceptable. The T Student test, found that strategies designed for the experiment had an impact on workers, increasing their perception of satisfaction. For such purpose, we completed a documental and field research. For the field research we used a Likert scale applied to 38 owners of family business in the Center Region of the State of Coahuila in the year 2013. The objective was to measure reaction to the variables: discrimination between the family and managerial systems, confidence and reliability. The analysis relied on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results demonstrate interaction of two social systems with scarce compatibility between them: family and business; the likely absence of trust among family member owners of the business and the fragile reliability of them are a core part of the problem that threatens survival and continuity of the family business. Mexico has great potential in birds, having more than 10% of species in the world, and its proximity to the United States, the largest emitter of birdwatchers (82,000 birdwatchers). However, this market is largely untapped, partly because of lack of knowledge, training and support both government and private. Baja California Sur has about 434 species. However there are no local companies dedicated to birdwatching. In this sense, the objective was to analyze the tourist potential of birding in Los Cabos, highlighting its features and the development of recommendations for this tourist destination. This report shows the main indicators related to labor trajectories and position in the labor market for students of the generation 2007-2011. The results indicate that before the end of the studies, two thirds of those studying management, have been incorporated in to the labor market in positions with medium or total coincidence with studies. Later, when they conclude their studies, about 75% get a job in less than a year. Regarding accounting graduates, before completing school, 80% have been incorporated in to the labor market, in positions with medium or total coincidence with the subject studied (77%). This article discusses global trends in production and consumption of beef in the first decade of the 21st century. The trends are explained by innovation in the business model of Latino businesses, subsequent to the outbreak of bovine encephalopathy spongiform (BSE), which caused crisis to American exports, in 2003. We identify changes and trends in the value network and get lessons in strategy in management of the agricultural sector. Using the case study methodology, the paper identifies and compares strategies of two companies in the market of beef and veal: the company that boasts world leadership (JBS- Friboi), and the company which leads the domestic market and Mexican exports (Su Karne). The objective is to build strategies that align the behavior of workers for the purpose of the district. The level of individual performance was defined in percentages through the application of a questionnaire under Tomas Gilbert’s model published in 1978. The most significant results were related to deficiency in the clarity and understanding of goals and tasks that are not organized properly. We considered the working environment is not appropriate and stimulating for the achievement of goals. On the other hand, the response of workers does not affirm that the feedback provided is sufficient, timely, relevant, accurate, constructive or understandable. The conclusion emphasizes factors requiring priority attention are those related to the formal establishment of standards and goals as well as the deficiency observed in the area of working environment. The results show how the transfer of knowledge occurs and that this transfer is born home work involving the family. This occurs because work in the industry is seasonal and most people have a steady job. This work occurs at more than 400 workshops located in the zone operated under the modality of homework.
