This law imposes administrative obligations on taxpayers who develop vulnerable activities. It is a joint research. Analytical methods are used whenever the nature of the law of each vulnerability analysis activity is required. The type of study is exploratory, descriptive and explanatory. The design of the instrument was based on article seventeen of the LFPIORPI (2013), which lists fifteen vulnerable activities. In some cases there are subgroups of these activities. A sign of intentional type 20 taxpayers operating in the construction industry in the city of Puebla Mexico was applied through the website “easy survey”. The research instrument allowed the detection of reasons for the incorrect interpretation and enforcement. We find the current bill in the Chamber of Deputies, accurately observed the ongoing review of the LFPIORPI. It does not propose an independent autonomous body to monitor compliance with it. Descriptive research is done. We use an exploratory phase seeking to define important attributes. Later, as conclusive stage is conducted to determine the weight of each attribute by analyzing a survey applied to beer consumers. The method used to establish the importance of attributes is the Best Worst Scaling. The results indicate there are two segments. The first segment called Stout that are more mature and with a better perception of handicrafts goods. The second segment called Lagers are mostly students and show a lower frequency of beer consumption. When consuming craft beer the most important attributes for Stout are product quality, followed by the kind of beer, and the recommendation of someone. The most important attributes for lagers are quality and type of packaging, followed by the fact that someone has recommended the product and the price. Based on these results, recommendations focused on communication strategies for entrepreneurs engaged in the production of craft beer are generated. This industry is affected by rising dollar prices, a situation that impacts businesses located in this city because a significant portion of its operations are conducted in that currency. Doing so allows steady imports of inventories, which are essential for companies to remain in the market. The research design is descriptive, not experimental and transversal. A questionnaire was submitted to statistical tests through Cronbach's alpha to determine its reliability. Results show when the dollar value changes, the first reaction of companies is to increase their prices without analyzing the behavior of their competitors. They reducing their purchases and in some cases search other options for supplying their products in the domestic market. Additionally, these companies do not have any hedges to protect against this type of economic events, which affects liquidity and endangers its permanence. We use a theorical, qualitaitve and transverse research with information retrieved from two specialized lodging online reviews websites: Tripadvisor and Booking, for the period between July 1st 2014 through July 1st 2015. The discussion revolves around Pine and Gilmore´s Theory of economy experience that considers four dimensions: entertainment, education, esthetic and escapism. It is linked with the Barney´s resources theory, where competitive advantage is linked with the resources generated in the enterprise´s interior. Our initial research proposal is that these resources are closely linked to the experience of the tourist. Data treatment and discourse analysis was conducted with the support of Atlas Ti software. We conclude that esthetic experience is the major presence in the tourist´s comments. It is highly linked to physical and equipment resources, of the hotels. Entertainment and education experiences present ample opportunities for development in the boutique lodging. We compare Mexican efficiency to the United States and Canada. This evaluation is done using GHG emissions (Greenhouse Gas) of Quantis in its Scope 3 version. We examine data series for the period 2003-2011. The carbon footprint of Mexico, USA and Canada was calculated and then a comparative evaluation of the emissions was performed for each of the 3 countries. The results show that Mexico and Canada generate a higher percentage of indirect emissions, without downplaying direct emissions generated. In the US the total emissions from the sector study (80.62%) refers to emissions generated directly by operating units of the sector. It concludes with alternative solutions to mitigate emissions Classification-JEL: F18, L99, O57, Q01, Q27 Keywords: Road Freight Transport, Carbon Footprint, International Trade Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 91-102 Volume: 5 Issue: 1 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v5n1-2015/RGN-V5N1-2017-8.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:5:y:2017:i:1:p:91-102
