This work integrates an international map of profile requirements for the position of "university professor." Previous studies include policies, programs, federal regulations, manuals for categorization, recruitment, statutes and internal regulations that apply IES in Spain, Serbia Republic, United States of America, Botswana and Mexico. These studies also consider recommendations of the World Bank, OECD, UNESCO and UN and fundamentals of the EHEA. Starting from this definition of profile, competencies (abilities, skills, knowledge and behaviors) are designed that later help structure a profile model for personnel management. The model can be applied to any IES (or group of them) interested in supporting the management of teaching staff. We use objective parameters that are unified, measurable and consistent with international standards and sustained on scientific evidence. Their flexibility resides in fragmentation in units of competence and a range of coverage resulting from the individualization processes, functions and sub functions of personnel management, as well as the possibility of implementation by human resources department or executives in charge of design and implementation of policies and programs Classification-JEL: M510, M120 Keywords: Management Model, Competencies, Postgraduate Professor Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 1-28 Volume: 5 Issue: 8 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v5n8-2017/RGN-V5N8-2017-1.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:5:y:2017:i:8:p:1-28 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Rosendo Martinez Jimenez Author-Name: Ana Luz Ramos Soto Author-Name: Guillermo Trejo Carbajal Author-Name: Mauro Alberto Sanchez Hernandez Title: ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF PENSIONS OF THE AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY BENITO JUAREZ DE OAXACA, ANALISIS DEL SISTEMA DE PENSIONES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD AUTONOMA “BENITO JUAREZ” DE OAXACA Abstract: Social security is a universal right of the life of the human being. It is essential for a society be protected from contingencies of requiring labor over the course of the time (Solis Soberon, 2009). In Mexico, there are several types of social security systems, including the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the Institute of security and services social of the State workers (ISSSTE). These systems have different classes of insurance. Various countries of the world have variations on unemployment at advanced age, and old age, by which workers were pensioned at the end of their working life. This study is based primarily on an analysis of pension and retirement of workers at the service of the Universidad Autónoma "Benito Juárez" de Oaxaca (UABJO) and the impact the pension has on the finances of the University. We propose reforms to the current system of retirement. We illustrate reforms that have occurred. Mention is made of the chronology of social security since its inception to the present day. We compare the laws of IMSS 1973 and 1997 in the field of pensions. The methodology analyzes benefits the University gives to its workers; as well as pensions and retirements that workers receive at the time of removal. We analyze reforms made by some universities in the field of retirement. The purpose of this article is to analyze the shopping center as a product and center of attraction. It generates an environment and atmosphere that allows promotion of regional development. For this purpose, we analyze antecedents and origins, as well as its typology. Subsequently the product theories and three levels of product (essential, real and increased) are studied. As a final reflection the elements that can form the fourth level of the product are proposed, complementing the product theory Classification-JEL: L1, L2, L10, L20, L81, M31 Keywords: Shopping Center, Clusters, Innovation, Regional Development, Mexico Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 51-61 Volume: 5 Issue: 8 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v5n8-2017/RGN-V5N8-2017-3.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:5:y:2017:i:8:p:51-61 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Martha Ofelia Lobo Rodriguez Author-Name: Carlos Alberto Flores Sanchez Author-Name: Isaac Cruz Estrada Author-Name: Jorge Quiroz Felix Title: USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN TOURISM: EVIDENCE FROM PLAYAS DE ROSARITO, MEXICO, EL USO DE LAS TECNOLOGIAS DE INFORMACION Y COMUNICACION EN EL TURISMO: EVIDENCIA DESDE PLAYAS DE ROSARITO, MEXICO Abstract: This research generates a diagnosis of the use of ICT in tourism companies in the city of Rosarito B.C., Mexico. The diagnosis identifies the use of ICTs in the areas of administration, marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Were study subjects at restaurants and hotels. Surveys were applied to managers of these organizations. The main findings show low use of ICT in the areas analyzed, highlighting the lack of professionalization in the use of Information Technology as marketing tools, which are essential in the promotion of tourism companies. The diagnosis is made through the adoption of innovation index methodology, which measures the adoption rate of ICT. We conclude that a strategy is needed to encourage the use of ICT in tourism companies, because of the impact it would have on the development of the organization Classification-JEL: O33, L21, L83, M31 Keywords: Adoption Index, Social Networks, Marketing Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 63-73 Volume: 5 Issue: 8 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v5n8-2017/RGN-V5N8-2017-4.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:5:y:2017:i:8:p:63-73 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Cesar Sanchez Ocampo Author-Name: Miriam Arlyn Tong Delgado Author-Name: Jose Gabriel Canela Gonzalez Author-Name: Jorge Ignacio Anguiano Lizaola Title: COMPETITIVENESS FOR THE USE OF ELECTRIC ENERGY IN GAS STATIONS ON THE FRONTIER STRING MEXICALI – CALEXICO, COMPETITIVIDAD POR EL USO DE LA ENERGIA ELECTRICA EN GASOLINERAS DE LA FRANJA FRONTERIZA MEXICALI – CALEXICO Abstract: Achieving and maintaining competitiveness in a specific line of business requires knowing resources, environment, competition and infrastructure of the context in which it operates. Electrical energy is a resource and infrastructure of the country in which it is located. Companies are a key factor for the development of productive and commercial activities. Therefore, we study the use and expense of industries and businesses related to electricity. We encourage firms to take actions that leads to the reduction of consumption and operational costs and achieve a sustainable use that benefits the environment. In border areas such as Mexicali - Calexico, it is possible to contrast the competition between lines of business, such as gas stations. This study points out, considering the electricity supply a competitive factor, on which side of the border a gas station are more competent and suggested actions to turn electricity consumption into a competitive advantage. We choose gas stations as an object of research because, in Mexico, franchises share the same physical characteristics and equipment, presenting a huge area of opportunity to extend the conclusions of this study Classification-JEL: D24, L21, L99, M21 Keywords: Competitiveness, Profitability, Business Model and Innovation Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 75-86 Volume: 5 Issue: 8 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v5n8-2017/RGN-V5N8-2017-5.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:5:y:2017:i:8:p:75-86 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Jose Manuel Valencia-Moreno Author-Name: Clementina Garcia Martinez Title: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NEEDS FOR ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONALS, NECESIDADES DE TECNOLOGIAS DE LA INFORMACION DE LOS PROFESIONALES EN CONTADURIA Abstract: Since 2014, the Mexican Tributary System began a transition towards the digitization of its services.
