Mobbing implies harm another person, destroying the personality of the worker, causing diseases such as depression, stress, anxiety and other negative outcomes. This adversely affects job satisfaction of workers and creates issues of economic and social survival. These risk factors cause an impoverishment of the working environment and provide fertile ground for conflict and aggression that can lead to the appearance of mobbing processes (López Cabarcos, Velazquez Rodriguez, & Montes Piñeiro, 2010). The objective of the research is to show the importance of self-esteem, safety and academic and cultural level of the members of an organization in reducing or avoiding labor harassment. We show the negative relationship between harassment and self-esteem and culture level of people. We show how to positively impact the permanence and satisfaction of workers and thus increase the degree of job satisfaction. We also discuss the role of social responsibility Classification-JEL: M14, L21 Keywords: Self-Esteem, Security, Cultural Level, Mobbing, Labor Harassment, Bullying, Psychological Harassment, Social Responsibility Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 1-11 Volume: 7 Issue: 3 Year: 2019 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v7n3-2019/RGN-V7N3-2019-1.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:7:y:2019:i:3:p:1-11 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Bernardo De la Gala Velasquez Author-Name: Angela Yuliana Arredondo Salas Title: AGILITY, ADAPTABILITY AND ALIGNMENT AS A SOURCE OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN MYPES OF THE TEXTILE AND APPAREL SECTOR IN THE AREQUIPA REGION LA AGILIDAD, ADAPTABILIDAD Y ALINEAMIENTO COMO FUENTE DE GENERACION DE VENTAJA COMPETITIVA EN LAS MYPES DEL SECTOR TEXTIL DE CONFECCIONES DE LA REGION AREQUIPA Abstract: Triple A refers to agility, adaptability, and alignment. New generation students have been emerged in digital technology. They utilize mobile devices connected to social networks that potentially become an effective educational tool. However, occasionally material resources of public and perhaps private universities are not sufficient to ensure that these tools can be potentially used by the teachers during the learning process. In other instances a lack of teacher training may be present. These factors could impact statistical results of the use of mobile devices in public universities. We find this to be the case at Autonomus University of the State of Mexico, UAEMex, in its four University Centers of the UAEMex, Valle de México, Ecatepec, Valle de Chalco and Zumpango. We conduct a survey of 5,890 individuals. Results indicate teachers use mobile devices at a rate between 2-11% for all academic centers. Students use is about 17-30%, except for Ecatepe, which is less than 10%. This research shows the statistical results obtained through question examinations of the use of digital tools in the classrooms. We also show how application of the PACIE methodology (presence, scope, training, interaction and E-learning) encourages Teachers’ personal initiative in the use of new generation digital tools Classification-JEL: O350 Keywords: New Generation Devices, Digital Technology, TIC´s, Higher Education, Learning Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 27-41 Volume: 7 Issue: 3 Year: 2019 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v7n3-2019/RGN-V7N3-2019-3.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:7:y:2019:i:3:p:27-41 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Jesus A. Power can also be manifested through informal organization involving relationships of individuals without taking into account that hierarchical structure. For each case, the manifestation of power is an organizational problem, because it creates turbulent and low-dynamic environments that affect strategic objectives of the organization. In the case of the Military Institutions, it manifests itself to a greater extent due to its natural hierarchical structure, generating distance of power between subordinates and individuals of greater degree. From this perspective, Military Institutions face a problem of distance from power, limiting their capacity to generate new ideas within them. Thus, this research aims to perform theoretical approaches on power in Military Institutions Classification-JEL: M12, M51, M54, M52 Keywords: Power Distance Index, Hierarchy, Power, Organization, Power Relationships Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 43-60 Volume: 7 Issue: 3 Year: 2019 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v7n3-2019/RGN-V7N3-2019-4.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:7:y:2019:i:3:p:43-60 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Blanca H. The goal is to increase the level of student satisfaction that supports their academic performance and feel comfortable in the School of Public Accounting of the BUAP. The instrument consists of 45 items, applied to 214 students from a population of 400. We identify their satisfaction level regarding the academic support and administrative service provided by the School. The examination yielded a Cronbach's Alpha of .83 reliability. Relevant information was obtained about perceptions of the quality of administrative, academic and infrastructure services, identifying both successes and areas of opportunity. Through continuous improvement monitoring these opportunities could be strengthened.
