The goals is to, without infringing on laws or rules governing bank customer data confidentiality, to create consumer profile for credit cards in Colombia under Law 1266 of 2008, known as HABEAS DATA LAW. We wish to specifically examine financial information, credit level, commercial, service and third-country services. The methodology identifies generic profiles of credit card consumers based on clusters analysis related to the proximity between the behavior of the variables. Generic profiles are identified by means of the Bayesian theorem of conditional probabilities, where the intersection between classification and conglomeration variables determines potential cardholders Classification-JEL: M3 Keywords: Data Mining in Marketing, Marketing Research, Research Methods Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 1-21 Volume: 8 Issue: 1 Year: 2020 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v8n1-2020/RGN-V8N1-2020-1.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:8:y:2020:i:1:p:1-21 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Ileana Guzman Prince Author-Name: Elsa Delgado Cazares Author-Name: Daniel Gonzalo Galvan Rodriguez Author-Name: Corina G. It requires students to develop the necessary labor skills to respond to the demands of an increasingly changing and sophisticated job market. Thus, universities and companies should become an indivisible binomial. Mexican universities are not alien to this challenge and some face it by creating work experience programs with companies. However, no applied strategy gives good fruits if the results are not studied. This research investigates the perception of both students and employers on labor competencies applied in a work experience program. A descriptive quantitative-based research was conducted. The study was conducted at a public University in the northwest of Mexico. A survey of 243 potential students graduates and 80 employers was applied. The samples were stratified according to the number of potential students to graduate from six degrees in the area of Administrative Sciences. Descriptive statistics were applied to the analysis of results. Some conclusions were established based on the results obtained Classification-JEL: I210 Keywords: Competitiveness, Vocational Training, Higher Education Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 99-112 Volume: 8 Issue: 1 Year: 2020 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v8n1-2020/RGN-V8N1-2020-8.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:8:y:2020:i:1:p:99-112
