Mexican companies face financing access difficulties similar to those in other countries. However, in some countries they havedeveloped a number of efficient financing strategies. This work demonstrates that corporate governance is a fundamental aspect for accessing better financing opportunities, and therefore, facilitates the entry of non-large companies to more strategic financing instead of bank loans. An example is the access of medium and small companies to the stock market, when they have corporate governance that makes their own administration efficient. Through the results of 125 surveys of non-financial companies in the country, the feasibility of opting for financing through the stock market and avoiding traditional financing is analyzed. The findings show that more professional administration gives a high probability of motivating small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain better financing mechanisms, as well as their own competitiveness by having more professional and efficient administrations. A better management through corporate governance would represent a reward or recognition for the companies to access the stock market Classification-JEL: G10, M14, G32 Keywords: Financial Strategy, Corporate Governance, Business Financing Journal:Revista Global de Negocios Pages: 17-32 Volume: 9 Issue: 1 Year: 2021 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/rgnego/rgn-v9n1-2021/RGN-V9N1-2021-2.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:rgnego:v:9:y:2021:i:1:p:17-32 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Victor Manuel Perez Garcia Author-Name: Eduardo Alejandro Carmona Author-Name: Ruben Chavez Chairez Author-Name: Sergio Humberto Palomo Juarez Author-Name: Marco Ivan Cecenas Jacquez Title: ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AT THE INSTITUTO TECNOLOGICO SUPERIOR ZACATECAS OCCIDENTE, SOMBRERETE, ZACATECAS CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL EN EL INSTITUTO TECNOLOGICO SUPERIOR ZACATECAS OCCIDENTE, SOMBRERETE, ZACATECAS Abstract: The research is exploratory, descriptive and field type. We observed the proliferation of companies that make Mezcal, either with the artisanal process (92%), ancestral (1%), or industrial (7%). The research is descriptive with non-experimental transversal design. The data was gathered through an instrument integrated by 6 questions and 2 structured factors on Likert scale, with 5 options to answer, which was applied to 337 small and medium organizations with diverse specialties in the construction sector. The results indicate that the use of information technology as part of the knowledge management activities is not perceived as a factor that contributes to the organizations’ competitiveness considering that the use of ICTs is for contractual compliance purposes rather than for preserving the information and knowledge generated by the company, since they are present elements that are developed independently from the operational context. Derived from this, the government took certain measures to reduce COVID infections; some of these were the closure of businesses with non-essential activities. This led to a decrease in visitors, and therefore, a decrease in the operation of the tourism sector in our state. Using the Business Model Canvas, the nine essential aspects of this business sector, were analyzed. This allowed the detection of opportunities and threats faced by micro and small hotels in the main municipalities of the state. The foregoing will contribute to the generation of strategies that help companies take advantage of the opportunities offered by the market, as well as combat the threats that arise. With just their voice, people can activate appliances, play music, and even shop online. Although some previous studies indicate that these devices can listen to the user and share their information with the parent company that sells them (i.e., Google, Amazon, Apple, etc.), not all people know this data, and when using their smart devices, individuals may be putting confidential information at risk. With the aim of knowing the behavior of smart speakers users and their attitude towards the risk of sharing their information, an exploratory study was carried out with 541 Mexican adults. The results indicate that, although users are concerned about their safety, and show an aversion to risk (34%), this does not limit them when buying and using smart speakers. Our findings can be useful for the design of clear policies in the handling of personal data; as well as in the launching of social marketing campaigns with the goal to educate users of smart equipment, so they can protect their personal data.
