In a globalized world, it is reasonable think that active finance is a deployed method to organize central economic variables. This determines variables that explain the behavior of actions by the industry oil from December 2012 through August 2015. We use regression of certain variables in accordance with their significance. The goal at this early stage, is to select significant macroeconomic indicators in determining the share prices of the sector in the market. Results demonstrate, through the application of econometric models, the relationship that exists between the price of financial assets and the macroeconomic variables selected for analysis. A new line of research is left open for the purposes of assessing the generalizability of the results other major industries Classification-JEL: G12, G13, G14 Keywords: Effects of Information, Stock Indexes, Perfect Information, Available Information, Spread of Information Journal: Revista Internacional Administracion & Finanzas Pages: 1-14 Volume: 10 Issue: 4 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v10n4-2017/RIAF-V10N4-2017-1.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:10:y:2017:i:4:p:1-14 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: 15-28 Title: CRITICAL FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE MSMES: EVIDENCE FROM GUANAJUATO, MEXICO FACTORES CRITICOS QUE INFLUYEN EN LAS MIPYMES: EVIDENCIA DE GUANAJUATO, MEXICO Abstract: This research analyzes the relationship between factors of influence exerted by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMES) in the regions of the State of Guanajuato, Mexico. The analysis applies empirical analysis, through a survey of 396 MSMES randomly distributed in the regions of the State of Guanajuato, during the period of 2015. The method applied was factorial analysis by principal components and the array of Varimax rotation. The results show a significant relationship between the factors of influence of the MSMES in the region and the access to financing. These elements are key factors for development and growth in the regions of the State of Guanajuato Classification-JEL: M10, M20, R11 Keywords: Influence in the Region, Critical Factors, Funding, MSMES, Regional Distribution Journal: Revista Internacional Administracion & Finanzas Pages: 15-28 Volume: 10 Issue: 4 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v10n4-2017/RIAF-V10N4-2017-2.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:10:y:2017:i:4:p:15-28 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Omar Arodi Flores Laguna Author-Name: Karla Liliana Haro-Zea Author-Name: Karla Sarai Basurto Gutierrez Title: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES GIVEN TO UNDERGRAD STUDENTS FROM THE ACCOUNTING CARREAR OF UNIVERSIDAD DE MONTEMORELOS COMPETENCIAS EN CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y ACTITUDES PROFESIONALES IMPARTIDAS A LOS EGRESADOS DE CONTADURIA PUBLICA EN LA UNIVERSIDAD DE MONTEMORELOS Abstract: The purpose of this research is to answer the following question: Is there a difference between the generic and disciplinary knowledge, skills and attitudes conferred by the University of Montemorelos and the demand in the labor market of the graduates of Accounting? The global context allows universities to assume a responsibility in the performance and active participation in society. Teaching and research leads them to recognize their academic significance and connection with building the country and committing effectively its institutional strategic planning. We analyze the strategic planning of 43 public universities in Mexico. We study the mission, vision, values and objectives declared in their WEB pages to identify the extent to which principles of social responsibility are inserted. These principals are issued by the Mexican Institute of Normalization and Certification through the Guide of Social Responsibility certified by International Organization for Standardization 26000-2010. The methodological approach is qualitative, using content analysis and speech with emphasis on its interpretation. The research is not a critical analysis of the institutional philosophy. The first is job satisfaction and the second is organizational commitment. Maquiladora industry workers from the State of Zacatecas was selected. The sample includes three levels of labor: administrative, supervisors and operators. With this information, we locate some conditions that persist in the diverse workers of this industry. Because the original questionnaire is broad, some scales are generated that allow the Labor Satisfaction factor to be reduced to five indicators. In a similar way the organizational commitment is reduced to another five. The results show that schooling is positively related to the indicators, which generates a commitment of educational institutions to support workers or students before working. Correlations of relationships with their superiors and to their peers are highlighted. By organizational commitment, labor stability as well as flexibility are found within the optimal values. Previous education that workers have, is a motivator for the socioeconomic mobility Classification-JEL: M140 Keywords: Organizational Behavior, Maquila, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment Journal: Revista Internacional Administracion & Finanzas Pages: 61-69 Volume: 10 Issue: 4 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v10n4-2017/RIAF-V10N4-2017-5.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:10:y:2017:i:4:p:61-69 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Erika Granillo Martinez Author-Name: Rogelio Gonzalez Velazquez Author-Name: Maria Beatriz Bernabe Loranca Author-Name: Jose Luis Martinez Flores Title: FOOT-TRAFFIC ANALYSIS: EVIDENCE FROM A MALL IN MEXICO ANALISIS DEL TRAFICO DENTRO DE UN CENTRO COMERCIAL Abstract: This paper models the assignment of locals to facilities in a system of traffic where the arrival rate of customers, the arrival rate of customers to a specific location, and the rate of address from a location to another are stochastic. Modeling is done by means of the quadratic assignment problem, which is a classic problem of combinatorial optimization. The traffic system can be represented by a system of queues. It aims to optimize traffic, finding the most efficient allocation of locals to facilities. The MSMEs from Campeche that are related to this activity face the challenge of being a global business and preparing themselves to offer quality services for national and international visitors, with a long-term vision that allows them to remain in the market. This research's main objective is to identify the dimensions of the businesses’ organizational culture, and the mechanisms for its promotion and transmission as an element for competitiveness. This research is descriptive with non-experimental transversal design. The results indicate that an appropriate level of trust is an element of the population's organizational culture under study. However, it is necessary to define the administrative structures in a clearer way to achieve team performance where knowledge is shared at all levels Classification-JEL: M1, M19 Keywords: Organizational Culture, Tourism, Competitiveness Journal: Revista Internacional Administracion & Finanzas Pages: 91-102 Volume: 10 Issue: 4 Year: 2017 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v10n4-2017/RIAF-V10N4-2017-8.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:10:y:2017:i:4:p:91-102
