It is important to identify perceptions of consumers regarding this topic. This study analyzes consumer perception of a chain of convenience stores regarding CSR. We consider four dimensions: economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic. The methodology used is empirical, quantitative and transversal. It consists of the application of a structured questionnaire to 194 consumers of stores located in Monclova and Frontera, Coahuila. Information collected was analyzed using t tests for related samples. For this reason, this work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing whether this generational factor influences the psychological contract, taking as a field of study the restaurant sector located in the North of Mexico. This was carried out through a descriptive, transversal, non-experimental and causal design. Through an Analysis of Variance [ANOVA] it was determined that the age had no significant impact on the psychological contract of the sample studied. The present research has an explanatory and evaluative scope, because it explains the characteristics and properties of mercantile companies and assesses the degree of knowledge and implementation of social obligations of corporations classified as micro. The research instrument was designed by applying a survey to 190 companies, which 87of them were micro enterprises. Techniques used: based on the matrix of data, the information was processed by using SPSS and EXCEL software in order to obtain a descriptive summary (media, mean and deviation standard), an analysis of correlation was performed between the dependent variable and the independent variable entities, parametric statistical tests such as the Pearson correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination, were applied to analyze the association between variables in this study and the percentage of the differentiation of a variable as a consequence of the variation of the other respectively to test the general hypothesis applied multivariate analysis technique called JiĀ² analysis with the SPSS program to achieve a function of the independent variables that can predict or explain the value d and the dependent variable. The tool used for the collection of data is a survey consisting of 60 closedended questions that inquire into their academic and employment history as well as the perceptions constructed by the students during the academic training process. The results show that only a quarter of those who graduate from this Bachelor were able to financially support themselves by working. Most of them graduate being single and there is a slightly higher number of male graduates. The graduates are regarded as having good skills to work in a team and to communicate orally or in writing. Opportunities for improvement are presented in: applying knowledge in research, identifying and locating information, processing and analyzing information, as well as diagnosing and detecting problems.
