The textile sector has an important impact on Mexican Gross Domestic Product. However, in recent decades, in Aguascalientes this sector has shown a significant decrease. This study was carried out by structural equations modeling to determine the relationship between emarketing and business performance. We also use linear regression analysis to establish the gender relationship of the company manager with e-marketing and performance. The results show the influence of e-marketing on performance for both groups. Companies managed by men obtain a greater yield with the use of the tool. Linear regressions reveal that gender influences both constructs independently. The results allow us to conclude that the application of the e-marketing tool, as a strategy, offers better returns to companies Classification-JEL: M31, L67, L25, J16 Keywords: E-marketing, Performance, SMEs, Gender, Textile Sector, Business Success Journal: Revista Internacional Administracion & Finanzas Pages:1-14 Volume: 13 Issue: 2 Year: 2020 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v13n1-2020/RIAF-V13N2-2020-1.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:13:y:2020:i:2:p:1-14 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Luis Alfredo Arguelles Ma Author-Name: Roman Alberto Quijano Garcia Author-Name: Deneb Eli Magana Medina Author-Name: Carlos Enrique Cruz Mora Title: RELATIONSHIP OF FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS WITH THE PROFITABILITY OF MSMES RELACION DE LOS INDICADORES DE DESEMPENO FINANCIERO Y NO FINANCIERO CON LA RENTABILIDAD DE MIPYMES Abstract: This research lays out the basis for Micro, Small and medium-sized business (MSMEs) financial decisions making based on financial and non-financial performance indicators. Accounting data and administrative reports for the 2019 tax-year were collected during the first quarter of 2020. We used a nonexperimental design and correlation analysis with the dependent variable "return on equity" and 6 independent variables consisting of 4 financial and 2 non-financial items. Results indicates a positive relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable (value R-0.794 and R2-0.630.) This suggests that if performance indicators are correctly budgeted, the desired profitability will be obtained Classification-JEL: M10 Keywords: Financial and Non-Financial Performance, Profitability, Financial, Management, MSMEs Journal: Revista Internacional Administracion & Finanzas Pages: 15-25 Volume: 13 Issue: 2 Year: 2020 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v13n1-2020/RIAF-V13N2-2020-2.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:13:y:2020:i:2:p:15-25 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Zochitl Araiza Garza Author-Name: Veronica de Leon Estavillo Author-Name: Martha Carolina Sierra Herrera Author-Name: Virginia Hernandez Mijares Title: DIMENSIONS OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AS DETERMINATES OF PURCHASE PREFERENCE OF CONSUMERS IN THE SOFT DRINK INDUSTRY IMENSIONES DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL COMO DETERMINANTES DE LA PREFERENCIA DE COMPRA DE LOS CONSUMIDORES EN LA INDUSTRIA REFRESQUERA Abstract: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is considered an important part of a company's business. Increasing numbers of customers expect firms to contribute to the common good. Thus, from a strategic perspective it is convenient to know the perception of consumers regarding this topic. This article identifies which dimensions of CSR (economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic) explain the purchase preference of consumers in the soft drink industry. The methodology used is quantitative and transversal. The process involved collecting data from consumers of the soft drink industry in the central region of the state of Coahuila, in Mexico. We applied a structured questionnaire to a sample of 217 consumers. Information analysis was performed through SPSS statistical software using a multiple linear regression model. The model explained 28.6% of the variability of consumer support for the soft drink company, based on the economic dimensions of corporate social responsibility.
