This study is descriptivetype because it measures or recollect information about the variables involved in the studied problem as the level of knowledge of strategic management, and its possible advantages, as well as the indicators that integrate the financial position; the design is non-experimental transversal because the data was collected in one single moment in its natural context, through interviews with the founders. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the perception of the founder partner about strategic management, and its incidence on the financial position of the businesses; the results show little knowledge from the managers about it as a tool for designing of positioning strategies, and permanence in the market, that is showed in the financial position of the businesses, the ones that have been highlighted were due to empiricism, and individual capacity of the founder partner. The study was in reply at the request of the Municipal Institute of Women in the city of Chihuahua, as part of the policy of the town hall to justify, support and validate with specific data, each one of the resources that are given to different levels of government. DE MEXICO Abstract: The objective of this research was to conduct a socioeconomic analysis of the ‘tianguista’ in the city of Texcoco, Mexico to identify factors that make people look for informal trade under the focus of four theories. The analysis was performed using the techniques of descriptive statistics and life stories. The study revealed that 44% of respondents venture into the street vendors by the lack of employment, 26% attribute it to low education and 13% having no job and career skills. We found that the informal traders’ ages go from 40 to 50 years of age having a basic level of education (primary) and there are also those ranging between 18 and 30 years of age, and with high school level, within the same issue. This is a problem that the Federal government and State should address, because more and more young people are participating in the informal economy of the country. The aim is to identify under the focus of the Federal law of transparency and access to government public information (LFTAIPG), the existence of significant differences between the transparency of the IPES and the type of subsystem to which they belong; to achieve this we worked with a sample of 21 universities and technological. In the gathering of data was used a template of 39 items whose reliability was determined through the Cronbach alpha, obtaining a 0.953 index. The results obtained indicate that the level of transparency, on average, of the Web pages of the IPES is very low and there are statistically significant differences in the transparency of the Web pages of universities and technological. This paper presents the results of a study to identify the Graduate Program Coordinators competences that impact to the certification of the graduate quality program that they coordinate. The field of study involves the Universidad Veracruzana, which is an educational institution that promotes the evaluation and accreditation of educational programs as a strategy to ensure and improve the quality of the functions of teaching, researching, cultural disseminating, bonding and university broadening. Therefore, some of the competences included in Martha Alicia Alles model as well as in the official documents of the university were considered as competences to evaluate. This research aims to confirm the contribution to the quality of teachinglearning process with the various structural, organizational, curricular and technician factors involved in the video conferencing process, specifically in the field of higher education. The study was conducted from November 2010 to February 2012 at a public university in northwestern Mexico, with the participation of 73 teachers and 23 students. The study was based on a descriptive and qualitative design, using questionnaire, interviews and observation method for data collection. The results obtained indicate that all elements of the environment where they carried out the communication process intervene actively to the quality of education and not only the factors related to technology. Having the adequate elements is possible to achieve better results in the teaching-learning process.
