The objects of study are the personal of the Santander´s Observatories Federation, manufacturers and Universities on America, Europe and Africa. The result of the research is a methodology of implementation composed for five phases: Valuation, Decision Making, Design and Development and Performance Evaluation. This methodology is evaluated through the examination of specialized theory, experts´ criteria and the practical implementation. The results shown that the experts match with a concordance coefficient ANOCHI of 0.82, it means that the methodology has a strong theory foundation, furthermore, the definition of the phases and their logical sequence is appropriate and feasible and cost effective to implement. In addition, a study is driven based an electronic repository that is developed and implemented following the proposed methodology and compared with another that do not follows the methodology, the results of the evaluation shows that the repository with the proposed methodology is best accepted for the users. As conclusion, the methodology is feasible to implement in a repository and successful to improve the transfer of knowledge. The analysis of the demand was limited to the strategic factors price, income and quality. The research question was: which are the main factors that determine the demand of dental services from patients of El Paso, Texas? The objective was to measure the demand of dental services from the patients in El Paso, Texas in the City of Juarez. The main contribution was the search of a marketing design to penetrate the complex and difficult market of dental services in the United States. The method used was the quantitative, non experimental and transeccional. The technique of data analysis utilized was the Pearson Bivariate Correlation. The study concluded that from the three strategic main factors, the one that had a strong impact in the demand of dental services was quality with a correlation of 0.61 (a ** p value of 0.0) and an alpha of 0.05. It is important that the management of all family businesses it reach professionalization gradually, because in the beginning of their lifecycle their structures are simple, based on the owner, if they survive begin to formalize their organizational structure due to growth and looking at new departments, including hiring outside the family, with the management and decentralized decision making. To measure the levels of professionalization was taken states or organizational conditions as contingency factors, proposing a number of variables. To achieve the results have been carried out 245 surveys representing the owners of record in the Mexican Business Information System (SIEM), corresponding to Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. We performed statistical analysis of the data achieved, as a result it determines the profile of the owner/manager and the organizational structure of the family businesses in the services sector. Social capital is deemed as the ability of a human group to generate processes of social interaction that facilitate coordination and cooperation in order to obtain mutual benefit and contribute to socio-economic development. This analysis used 8 indicators to identify the strongest and the weakest elements of the social capital related to the firm: Information and communication level, trust level, cooperation, participation, level of relationships, quality of relationships, frequency of interpersonal relationships and frequency of non-interpersonal relationships. A quantitative analysis of the data from a survey of all the 32 workers of the firm shows that external social capital is limited, but internal development of social capital is strong. The objective of the investigation is to describe the professional development of Business Administration graduates from a Higher Education Institution in Mexico through the analysis of their graduates, comparing the data gathered during the time when they were in school, (1996-2008). The methodology for a study of this kind is of descriptive transversal non experimental type, using the questionnaire recommended by the Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior. The data was processed in SPSS 17.0 compiling statistics, frequencies and percentages. The design of the investigation is descriptive, non-experimental, transectional in where a survey was applied to the professors of the academic groups of three different divisions. There is an area of opportunity to study the maquila located in the center of the country and specifically in Puebla, obeying not many investigations into the area and contributes maquila abundant sources of employment. This implies that management of processes within the organization becomes a problem for the employer or an opportunity for improvement. This paper presents a methodology of support to improve logistics operations of small businesses. The first step proposed is to make a diagnosis from a basis of indicators of procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution, customer service, reverse logistics, social responsibility and logistics costs. Further tools are designed for each of the above areas that improve internal logistics problems of companies. According to the diagnostic results, the company should decide which of these tools meet their needs to find an improvement. The first results of this implementation are disclosed hereby.
