Businesses are immersed in a globalized and highly competitive environment. Many companies are leading the market (customers, prospects, competitors, suppliers, etc) locally and globally, to obtain and analyze information and to generate knowledge to respond with creative solutions. The objective is to capitalize and retain relationships with its interested groups, especially customers. This research designs a model consisting of a series of reliable constructs validated in previous studies (Customer Value Orientation (CVO), Market- Oriented Organizational Culture (MOOC) Brand Value (BV) and Business Ethics (BE) to explain how they could influence organizational performance (OP). The hypotheses were tested with the responses of 327 executives with medium and high positions in different business sectors in Chile. Exploratory analyzes validates the constructs and confirmatory analyzes indicate that the variables and sub-models are significant. The study revealed that these variables would influence the organizational performance. Globalization of these markets has led to an integration of economies. Rather than guaranty benefits this has led to an instability in monetary variables, mainly in the behavior of its stock market and the international value of its currency. Using a quantitative methodology (VAR) the relation and effect of the main monetary variables has been analyzed, using time series of monthly data for 22 years (261 observations). We analyzed the exchange rate behavior(peso-dollar), price index and market rates of the Mexican Stock Exchange, Mexico’s international Levels of Reserve, Mexican Internal Debt and the interest rate in savings deposits. The purpose is to describe the types of financial crisis that Mexico has suffered during the last two decades and quantify their effect on monetary variables. Furthermore the paper makes contributions related to monetary policies. Abstract: Having the best capacities allows companies to efficiently choose and implement the necessary activities to produce and deliver goods and services to their clients. Nevertheless, if the purpose is to exceed competitor performance, it is necessary for companies to deploy their capabilities in a superior manner. This work analyzes the impact of operational capacities of massive personalization and reconfiguration and competitive dimensions recognized as strategic. We examine how the affect operative development from a productive entity, and the effect of this on perceived competitive advantage. The research design was quantitative and the empirical information was examined in two stages: the first through a confirmatory factorial analysis (CFA) and the second through a system of structural equations based on covariance (SSEBC). Results confirm that: 1) a direct, positive and significant relationship between the capacity of massive personalization and perceived operative performance, 2) reconfiguration capacity affects positively, directly and significantly perceived operative development, and 3) perceived operative development influences perceived competitive advantage in a direct, positive and significant manner. The main goal is to evaluate service quality by student satisfaction; with the associated experiences from their education received. The work was performed with multi campus university students. We considered a template with 41 items distributed on 6 variables (Teaching-learning process, Services, Conditions of the classrooms, Reliability was determined through the Cronbach alpha, obtaining a 0.95 index. The results indicate that the students are satisfied with services the institution provides. Given the global result of satisfaction averaged 136.09; nevertheless the averaged result indicate 1.5% of students are dissatisfied. Despite their good reputation for academic and research activities, there is debate about the quality of care. This research analyzed the trend for mortality indicators, nosocomial infections and hospital readmission, from 2006 to 2010 and established differences in the results between 112 hospitals, with and without medical training programs. Both public and private hospitals in 11 cities in Colombia were examined. The data showed significant technical deficiencies in reporting information from hospitals. The statistical analysis showed no significant difference by periods analyzed and by the kind of Hospitals. Colombia has an oversupply of medical schools, but the quantity of teaching hospitals may be insufficient implying overcrowding exists with students and this could have an effect on the quality of health care for patients. Controlled studies are needed to establish differences between hospitals and the results of the quality of care. However, the lack of environmental programs has generated a problem whereby it is currently recommended not to increase fishing stress. Therefore, the only growing via for this sector will be given through better performance in the process of crab’s production and marketing. This investigation analyzed the current situation of this industry in the State of Sonora, working through a field study of the different traders established in the coast region of Bahia de Kino, Sonora. We examine production capacity, markets, jobs procreation, production process, prices and suppliers. A semistructured broad survey was applied as a qualitative tool. For the analysis and use of information, the frame of reference used was Porter’s five forces competition model. The object is to identify research models that facilitate research and understanding in this area. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies consistent with similar studies. The results show that little research exists in the area human talent management in the aerospace industry and that many of these studies do not provide information about the methodology used. It has the highest density of production units in the country; most being small businesses. These units are microenterprises, however due to their characteristics they do not generate enough profit to become a real contributor to the regional economy. Their limited competitiveness keeps them from growing. Internal factors of its own operations such as its weak administrative management, market problems, production and financing; as well as some environmental factors like insecurity, and the political climate are factors hinder its management. This research diagnoses functional areas which will enable these firms to establish growth strategies in the short, medium and long term. Oaxaca accounts for 570 municipalities, of the 2,445 total existing in the Mexican Republic. The municipalities are divided into seven regions across Oaxaca. Financial inclusion is considered an indicator of economic development. However, according to (NBSC, 2010) Oaxaca stands out for its low rate of financial inclusion. Despite the adoption of Laws of People Savings and Credit (2001) that regulates the Savings and Credit Unions (2009), no information and control over MFIs (banks and savings and credit unions) exists. Little was known about the services they provided and no information exists about how they created financial inclusion. The MFI were properly allocated and its contribution to indicators of financial inclusion was analyzed. A semi-structured interview of 322 managers was applied. The data obtained allowed us to make a first characterization, an institutional mapping and an analysis of the services they offer. It was tested in seven regions of Oaxaca. MFIs services contribute to financial inclusion indicators.
