Nonprofit organizations achieve this through proper management of corporate communications. The present investigation was performed to determine whether management of communication and visibility, has a significant influence on the practice of transparency of the local or regional civil society located in the central region of the State of Coahuila. We provide alternatives for reinforcement or improvement in communication management by executives. The methodology involves quantitative information from 18 organizations, located in the central region of Coahuila through a structured Likert scale. Two types of questionnaire variables were used: Communication and Visibility and Transparency. To measure reliability Cronbach alpha test was used and produced a coefficient of internal consistency of 0.908 and 0.774 respectively, indicating both variables are reliable. The objective of this work is to present results of an exploratory study on the needs and priority of the certification of labour competencies in companies of the industrial sector of Comarca Lagunera. The research is of an empirical nature. For the collection of data we built an instrument that was validated through a focus group ofe expert son the topic of development and evaluation of competency certification. The group was composed of businessmen and academics. Subjects who were interviewed were owners, managers or supervisors of the companies. Results identified the most important competencies for the metalworking industry, the level of certification and priority assigned to assisting the academic formation of the Manager, the size and degree of maturity of the companies, and businesses as a line of action through training and certification of competence and a vision shared to competitiveness. Based on this principle power structures are formed and business experience transmitted to build their own organizational culture. The prevalence of these criteria largely determines the profile of this kind of businesses to the economy of the countries. But, they have a high mortality rate as a result of inadequate long-term planning issues such as generational succession. This study is descriptive because it measures information about variables of the problem, with non-experimental transversal design. It collects data at a single moment in its natural context through interviews with the business leaders. The main objective is to identify the incidence of factors such as power and experience in business culture. The results indicate that the variables under study respond largely to the leadership of founding partners and his particular style in decision making. This research aims to identify the perception of United States tourists when they are attended by a guide of the same nationality. The methodology is a quantitative type through a factorial analysis. The latest award from Financial Times Magazine, rates it the as the number one city in the cost benefit category within the Small Cities of the Future 2013 to 2014 ranking. During five years it was among the ten cities in the world that had to be visited. Furthermore it is considered the best destination in the world for retirees due to its good living conditions, quality in public services and accessible costs. Nationally the Ecuadorian National Assembly labeled it as the city of Universities, because of the quality of higher education institutions in the region. It ranks with the highest national coverage of public services. In business it has the largest density of productive units in the country including small and medium size enterprises, which in number are not as important as micro enterprise. But, they are important for generating jobs and for being an important source of income for the local economy. However it has not been as effective as it should because of limited competitiveness due to internal and external factors. The work is performed using pieces of handicrafts by members of the same family. This transcendent feature is subject to analyze from the perspective of economic and administrative sciences. The objective of this work is to understand the family influence Mexico craft workshops. The sample was composed of 48 workshops belonging to five States of the Mexican Republic inside which are Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Coahuila, San Luis Potosi and Zacatecas. We study the family in small enterprises to identify key aspects to achieve production or keep in the local market. Family influence was measured through the sub scale culture composed of 12 questions taken from the instrument Family-Power, Experience and Culture. The results show that loyalty, family values and support towards the enterprise explained 63,997% of the extracted variance. We conclude that in the analyzed craft workshops analyzed; loyalty and family values have influence in the business according to the perception of the owners of the workshops. For this reason, in order to establish competitive differentiation, a key factor lies in the management the organization and how it establishes its human talent. Research about the role, challenges and practices of 25 Cauca companies regarding management of human talent was developed (GTH), showing the approaches, models used and the role played by human management areas as strategic business partners. From this, many firms change from an operational approach to a strategic approach that adds value. The main challenges that these companies have confronted can be identified, showing that industrial relations, welfare programs, measuring the effectiveness of human talent and outsourcing processes are sensitive issues in many Colombian companies. These results suggest that to remain competitive, organizations should worry about improving their practices so that they attract, develop and retain human talent that is becoming more scarce and diverse.
