Establishing strategic alliances between organizations, is an alternative to achieve success together. In recent years, this strategy has been used in nonprofit organizations. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing if transparency practice in nonprofit organizations in the Centre Region of the State of Coahuila has major influence in establishing strategic alliances with other organizations in the provision of social services. We hope to provide managers reinforcement alternatives or improvement in the practice of strategic alliances. The methodology used was to obtain quantitative information from 25 organizations of this type located in the central region of the state of Coahuila through a structured Likert scale questionnaire using two variables: Transparency and strategic alliances. To measure their reliability, the Cronbach alpha test was used, yielding an internal consistency coefficient of .908 and .977 respectively indicating both to be reliable Classification-JEL: M10 Keywords: Nonprofit Organizations, Transparency, Strategic Alliances Journal: Revista Internacional Administraction and Finanzas Pages: 1-11 Volume: 9 Issue: 4 Year: 2016 File-URL: http://www.theibfr2.com/RePEc/ibf/riafin/riaf-v9n4-2016/RIAF-V9N4-2016-1.pdf File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:ibf:riafin:v:9:y:2016:i:4:p:1-11 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Carlos Alberto Flores Sánchez Author-Name: Martha Ofelia Lobo Rodríguez Author-Name: Jorge Quiroz Félix Title: EFFECT OF EXCHANGE APPRECIATION IN MEXICAN DEINDUSTRIALISATION, EFECTO DE LA APRECIACIÓN CAMBIARIA EN LA DESINDUSTRIALIZACIÓN MEXICANA Abstract: It is common to find in the literature, that industrial activity is one of the main drivers of the economy. This economic activity explains growth in developed countries. However, developing countries show an early deindustrialization, term introduced by Pierre Salama. This term explains why many developing countries are omitted from the transition to a developed economy. This early deindustrialization indicates a change in development. Instead of going through an industrial period, the country tilts to service activities. The environment characterized by decreased participation in employment and production manufacturing, results in a shift of manufacturing workers to the service sector. Hence, the importance of identifying the impact of the real exchange rate (TCR) on the behavior of the Mexican manufacturing industry. This document shows an inverse relationship between TCR with the occupied population (POMN) and manufacturing production PIBMN. This finding gives guidelines to determine the impact of real exchange rates in Mexican deindustrialization process. The state government predicts sustainable growth within the next years and that during this administration period 2012-2018, MSMEs will be consolidated. It is for this reason that MSMEs will require a set of tools such as the ICTs to accomplish their target growth and brand positioning. We establish wo goals for this paper. The first is to determine if the level of Digital Preparation DP at the SMEs is influenced by internal indicators POER and external indicators PEER. The second is to determine if SMEs from Guanajuato State are digitally prepared to encounter changes imposed by a globalized economy. All of this is done using a methodology of descriptive, correlational and linear regression type over a random and stratified sample of 677 economic units of the most representative cities in the state. The results indicate that both POER and PEER influence the Digital Preparation of companies. Unfortunately, SMEs are still on a initialization phase. This means that for the State’s Government to fulfill their expectations, they must meet challenges. They face the challenge that SMEs achieve sufficient grade of consolidation on their DP so they can meet any changes imposed by the world’s globalized economy. Consumers increasingly have more access to information on the internet which encourages their search in the purchase process. However, not everyone has the confidence to buy a ticket or make a reservation online. They prefer to do it through a traditional agency, where they interact with the staff. The objective of this research is to identify the risk that a person perceives when deciding buy from a traditional agency or online. We also identify decisive factors in buying, from a person traveling from Queretaro to Cancun. The method of analysis to determine significant differences between variables were n-way anova and factorial analysis to determine the decisive factors in buying to help as strategic elements. Educational institutions have been no exception. Modalities blended and distance learning, which began to be implemented around the 1990s (Garrido y Michelli, 2004), demanded the adoption of TIC`s in their production processes of knowledge and learning. The use of internet, video, tutorials, collaborative software, multimedia software and platforms such as blackboard became everyday practice. However, after about 20 years of proliferation of these new technologies, it is unknown whether modality teachers have incorporated the use of TIC`s in the production processes of knowledge and learning. We assume that organizational culture is the key variable in promoting this process of change. The aim is to investigate the extent that organizational culture of academic personnel of the Faculty of Communication Sciences (FCC) of the Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP) influenced the adoption of the TIC`s in modality. A quantitative strategy was applied to develop a model of linear regression between the variables habitual behaviors and the use of TIC`s. This can be done by outsourcing excluding everything out of the core of business. This research identifies variables with more influence in precariousness and quality employment in outsourcing companies in the automotive segment. We wish to identify reason for high worker turnover. These constant changes are costs that affect market competitiveness. A questionnaire is applied to outsourcing company employees of Southeast Coahuila. The outsourcing rate increased 186 percent from 2004 to 2014. According to national statistics 16% of the labor force works in thesecompanies. These numbers illustrate the importance of the activity, that justifies improving in measurement and knowledge of human resource management. The results show a lack of quality and precariousness employment producing the work. There is no written contract indicator and low salaries are received. In Mexico there are regulations for outsourcing companies, but lack clarity regarding how the rights of the workers are safeguarded and protected. In the Mexican case, the current laws shows its limitations. This occurs mainly because of a degree of uncertainty of failing to obtain desired results or the loss of competitive advantage. The theory sustains the higher the degree of similarity in environmental conditions and customer characteristics within the cluster members the lesser the uncertainty. As a result, this article provides an application of resources using the fuzzy logic technique of data mining and the similarity theory that will guarantee solving the problem of choosing the best members for the cluster. Within the development of this analysis we considered a cluster variable of hotel competitiveness based on: human resources management, technological resources, innovation resources, organizational resources and commercial resources. All these factors are based on the theory of resources and capabilities. The results provide six groups of highly intertwined members which could create effective clusters.
